Joseph Green

Joseph Green has been a member of Massachusetts General Hospital Police and Security Department. since 1976, and has maintained a supervisory role in that force since 1986. He is currently the Manager of Police and Security.

Mr. Green has long been recognized for his high quality work, and in 1998 he was the winner of a Partner's Award for providing Aggression Training to Police, Security, Nurses, E.D. Clerical, Social Workers and Psychiatrists. He is the Orientation Trainer for newly hired psychiatrists and social workers at the Massachusetts General Hospital, and he regularly provides Aggression training to various other New England hospitals, police departments, and youth and child services. Joseph is also a guest lecturer at Smith & Wesson Institute (Springfield, MA) for Aggression Mangement

Mr. Green is a member of a number of security and law enforcement organizations, including the American Society of Industrial Security (A.S.I.S.), American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers (A.S.L.E.T.), Mass. General Hospital's Crisis/Stress/Intervention Team (C.S.I.T.), and Mass. General Hospital's Child Protection Team
